About the Founder Dr Sharyn Johnson

Sharyn specialises in Financial Services organisations. Having worked in London for over 12 years, Sharyn was fortunate to work on numerous large-scale global transformations. She is now based in Sydney working with individuals, teams and companies to achieve success.
Having completed her PhD in Organisational Psychology at the University of Queensland and as a registered Psychologist, Sharyn understands what is required to embed positive behavioural change.
